Die Abteilung Network Development & Support ist als Teil des Fachbereichs Group After Sales primär verantwortlich für eine zukunfts
- und investitionsfähige Gestaltung des Netzwerks der Sales
- und Service-Partner der Marken des VW-Konzerns in Luxemburg. Die ND & Support Abteilung stellt zudem sicher, die Handelspartner fortlaufend durch innovative Ansätze im Bereich Business Performance und Arbeitsprozesse zu unterstützen.
- Die Fachteams dieser Abteilung betreuen unter anderem die Auditierung der Handelspartner gemäß ISO- und Herstellerstandards oder auch die Disposition aller vom VW-Konzern nach Luxemburg angelieferten Neufahrzeuge und deren Auslieferung an die Sales-Partner im Netzwerk.
- **Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sicherstellung eines funktionierenden, investitionsfähigen und zukunftssicheren Händlernetzes im Markt Luxemburg.
- Strategische Ausrichtung des Händlernetzes im Einklang mit den Entwicklungsstrategien der Marken des VW-Konzerns.
- Überwachung der Netzqualität und -rentabilität.
- Konzeption, Implementierung und Koordination von Projekten für neue Dienstleistungen und Produkten zur Unterstützung des Händlernetzes.
- Beratung der Händler bezüglich Nachhaltigkeit und Investitionen.
- Verantwortung sämtlicher Vertragsdokumente zwischen den Herstellern des VW-Konzerns, Losch Import und dem Händlernetz (Erstellung, Anpassung sowie die kontinuierliche Überprüfung der Vertragsbedingungen) mit Unterstützung unserer Rechtsabteilung.
- Sicherstellung eines effizienten und qualitativ hochwertigen Prozesses für die Neuwagendisposition. Dazu gehören die Annahme der angelieferten Neuwagen, die Qualitätsprüfung, die zentrale Fahrzeuginspektion sowie die pünktliche Auslieferung der Fahrzeuge an das Händlernetz in Zusammenarbeit mit den Logistikpartnern.
**Ihr Profil**
- Sie besitzen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieur, Business Management, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ähnliches.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Mitarbeiterführung und -Entwicklung.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein starkes Qualitäts
- und Prozessbewusstsein aus (vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie).
- Sie verfügen über nachweisbare Erfahrung im Vertragswesen
- Sie sind ein Hands-On-Manager und besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent.
- Sie sind flexibel und können sich gut an dynamisch verändernde Situationen anpassen.
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch. Luxemburgisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Le département Network Development & Support, qui fait partie du service Group After Sales, est en premier lieu responsable de l’organisation du réseau des partenaires de vente et d’après-vente des marques du groupe VW au Luxembourg, en vue des futurs défis et d’un investissement durable. Il assure en outre le soutien continu des partenaires commerciaux par des approches innovantes dans le domaine de la performance commerciale et des processus de travail.
- Les équipes spécialisées de ce département s’occupent entre autres de l’audit des partenaires commerciaux selon les normes ISO et des constructeurs ou encore de la disposition de tous les véhicules neufs livrés au Luxembourg par le groupe VW et de leur livraison aux partenaires commerciaux du réseau.
- Vos tâches
- Assurer le maintien d’un réseau de concessionnaires fonctionnel, capable d’investir et durable sur le marché luxembourgeois.
- Orientation stratégique du réseau de concessionnaires en accord avec les stratégies en matière de développement des marques du groupe VW.
- Surveiller la qualité et la rentabilité du réseau.
- Conception, mise en place et coordination de projets de nouveaux services et produits afin de soutenir le réseau de concessionnaires.
- Conseiller les concessionnaires en matière de durabilité et d'investissement.
