We are looking for Maintenace **Electrical** Technician to join our Mercury Plant in Dudelange.

**You will have the **opportunity** to**:

- Be part of an innovative, highly automated tire production plant in collaboration with a diverse, international team
- Work with the latest technology in a digitalized environment
- Develop your skills on preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, including mechanical, electrical maintenance and maintenance of industrial automation systems (PLCs)
- Seek and implement new ideas to drive safety, quality, reliability, and productivity.

**Position **Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues, using various testing equipment and tools.
- Assisting in the development of electrical systems and ensuring their proper functioning.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Drive to zero equipment breakdown by setting a high-quality standard of preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose electrical problems, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability of electrical systems.
- Participate in spare parts management.
- Lead and work together as a team with required outside companies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Technical degree OR significant experience.
- Strong knowledge in electrical systems, components, and regulations.
- Ability to connect to PLC for diagnostic and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - combined with the capability to lead and coach co-workers.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
