**suchen wir am Projektstandort Universität Luxemburg (Campus Belval) ein:e Postdoc-Forscher:in in Soziologie (Disability Studies)**
Das Hauptziel des Projekts **PATH_CH-Lux** besteht darin, förderliche Bedingungen und Barrieren beim Übergang von der Schule ins Berufsleben und den allgemeinen Übergang ins Erwachsenenalter von jungen Menschen mit Behinderungen zu untersuchen, die in unterschiedlich strukturierten (regionalen) Bildungssystemen und Arbeitsmärkten eingebettet sind. Um ihre Situation besser zu verstehen, analysieren wir verschiedene Perspektiven:
die der jungen Erwachsenen, der Arbeitgeber:innen und der Sozialarbeiter:innen. Wir verwenden unterschiedliche, sich ergänzende Methoden: biografische Interviews mit jungen Menschen hinsichtlich ihren Erfahrungen; _factorial surveys_/Vignettenanalysen und schriftliche Befragung von Arbeitgeber:innen zu Bewerber:innen mit unterschiedlichen Behinderungen, Beeinträchtigungen, sozialer Herkunft, Geschlecht und Migrationshintergrund; sowie Interviews mit Sozialarbeiter:innen zu der Frage, wie sie, diese Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen beim Übergang in den Arbeitsmarkt unterstützen.

Wir sind ein internationales Team, das verschiedene disziplinäre Zugänge sowie theoretische und methodologische Perspektiven (qualitativ, quantitativ, mixed-method) vereint.
**Ihre Rolle...**:
- Mitarbeit in den verschiedenen empirischen qualitativen und quantitativen Projektaktivitäten je nach Expertise (biographische Interviews mit jungen Erwachsenen, _factorial survey_/Vignettenanalyse mit Arbeitgeber:innen, Interviews mit Sozialarbeiter:innen und Mitarbeitenden sozialen Organisationen)
- Erstellung von Publikationen
- Teilnahme an wissenschaftlichen Konferenzen und Projekttreffen in Luxemburg / Schweiz
- Beteiligung in der Lehre (in geringem Umfang) bei Interesse möglich
- Co-Betreuung von Doktorierenden
**Was wir von Ihnen erwarten...**:
- Doktorat in einer sozial
- oder bildungswissenschaftlichen Disziplin
- ausgiebige empirische Forschungserfahrung hinsichtlich qualitativen oder quantitativen Methoden; Erfahrung mit komparativen Ansätzen hilfreich
- Offenheit gegenüber einem _mixed-method_-Ansatz
- flexible und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit
- sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache (schriftlich und mündlich),
