**Summary**:
Join us as a **Business Developer** and lead our expansion and strategic partnerships. Your mission will be to identify growth opportunities, build key relationships, and drive our PCDS initiative forward. With a focus on innovation and market leadership, you will be crucial in shaping our approach to customer engagement and competitive strategy, ensuring Terra Matters' success in the circularity solutions sector.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Acquisition and Management**:

- Find new potential leads and markets while developing existing customers.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and competitive landscape to refine sales approaches.

**Partnership Building and Ecosystem Engagement**:

- Suggest and develop key partnerships to support our future ecosystem.
- Foster relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders and regulatory bodies to enhance TM’s market position.
- Challenge the identified ecosystem and provide suggestions for iteration when necessary.

**Market Research and Strategy Development**:

- Support product launch with constant and relevant market/customer insights.
- Provide insights and recommendations for establishing TM's credibility around governance/partnership aspects.
- Establish metrics to measure the impact of the PCDS in the market and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support the development of the marketing strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Core Competencies**:

- Strong business acumen.
- Technical or engineering background preferred.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in business development or sales.

**Sustainability and Regulatory Knowledge**:

- Expertise in the field of sustainability and related regulatory environment (CSRD, ESPR, ISO norms, etc.).
- Understanding of the product life cycle and supply chain management.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborative, easy to work with and good team spirit.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is an asset.

**Adaptability and Innovation**:

- Flexible, agile, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Challenge the status quo.
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Package**:competitive 12 months base salary, annual performance-based bonus, meal vouchers, 30 days paid vacation, home working flexibilities after trial period.
