Arendt Services, which is part of Arendt & Medernach, the largest law firm in Luxembourg, is regulated by the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CSSF - Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) and operates under the status of Professional of Financial Sector (“PSF”).
Arendt Services offers a wide range of services, such as domiciliation, corporate secretarial and accounting services, fund services, directorship of companies, tax-compliance services and assistance in the winding-up of companies. **Platform Management Specialist**:
Our financial services firm needs a FIS Investran Platform Management Specialist to support our Fund Administration / Transfer Agent platform implementation and expansion. We are looking for a professional with confirmed FIS-Investran technical and-functional experience as well as in business analysis and functional platform support. The successful applicant will serve as the main liaison between the Arendt Services’ Decision Makers, Fund Admin operations and IT departments of our company, leveraging the business needs while also coordinating the implementation and support of our core FA/TA platform.
**Your role**:
- Be the product owner for FIS-Investran
- Plan and coordinates all aspects of FIS Investran project implementation including among others project plans, scope, schedules, budget and deliverables, resources roles and responsibilities;
- Responsible for product delivery and relationship with vendors/subcontractors;
- Supervising the business and technical requirements amongst multiple stakeholders;
- Drives related business analysis for collecting, consolidating, analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications;
- Delivering functional systems, including data migration rules, business rules, mockups, or other detailed deliverables;
- Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls;
- Complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects;
- Producing projects success measurement metrics (KPIs).
**Your profile**:
- Minimum 5-10 years proven experience as FIS-Investran specialist., Experience in project management and business analysis will be considered as an advantage;
- Proven experience in Alternative Investments Fund industry including implementation and maintenance of FA/TA platforms.
- A ‘completer-finisher’ taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French;
- You have the ability to focus on the delivery of expected solutions and the maximization of adoption.
