**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?
Lombard International Assurance S.A., based in Luxembourg, is looking for a Governance & processes Sales Operations Officer.
The Sales Coordination team plays a key role in ensuring that the Sales organisation framework enables the company to deliver its Sales strategy efficiently, while providing assurance that business is conducted in accordance with the regulatory environment and internal risk appetite.
As a member of the team, you will be deeply involved in the coordination of cross-markets and cross-departments strategic initiatives, project management, oversight of the Sales governance, risk management, reporting, improvement of operating models and general back-office support for the execution of the Sales strategy. You will interact with all levels and departments in the organisation.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Actively participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of a robust Sales Governance framework and support the implementation and maintenance of procedures and controls over crucial sales processes
- Build strong relationships with all Sales colleagues assisting and supporting them proactively in servicing partners and developing new business
- Make sure the Sales voice is well represented in all Sales & Corporate strategic initiatives, such as technical new developments, digitalization enhancement, implementation of new Legal and Regulatory requirements
- Engage in general query handling and problem solving and communicate collaboratively and continually with all supporting functions
- Define, provide and implement standard and ad-hoc information and data reports to Sales Management
- Monitor Exception approval process like pricing exceptions or commercial gestures Organise Sales Induction training and Sales information sharing sessions
**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Sales Governance & Coordination Officer?
- University degree with a first experience in Audit or Sales assistance in financial or consulting companies;
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills;
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of initiative, planning, supporting and organizational skills;
- Pragmatic, problem-solving and result-oriented approach;
- Knowledge of the unit-linked life insurance and its Regulatory framework is an advantage;
- Fluency in English with excellent writing skills and in another European language (fluency in Italian or Swedish is a plus);
- Proficient with Excel and confident user of PowerPoint; Enthusiastic team player and self-motivated.
