**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?
Lombard International Assurance S.A., based in Luxembourg, is looking for a Sales Coordination officer, that will report directly to the Head of Sales Operations.

The Sales Coordination team plays a key role in ensuring that the entire team of Sales can deliver its business strategy efficiently, with an outstanding service, trust and confidence to all our partners and clients while providing assurance that all our organization is conducted in accordance with the regulatory environment and internal risk appetite.

As a member of the team, you will be deeply involved in the coordination of 15 markets providing assistance across departments in order to lead and promote strategic initiatives, project management, oversight of the Sales governance, risk management, reporting, improvement of operating models and general support for the execution of the Sales strategy. You will interact with all levels and departments in the organisation.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Actively participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of a robust Sales Governance
framework stablishing clear procedures and running controls over sales process, build strong
relationships with all Sales colleagues assisting and supporting them proactively, especially in
servicing partners and new business,
- Make sure the Sales voice is well represented in all Sales & Corporate strategic initiatives, such as
digitalization enhancement, improvements in the product chain e.g. new process to ease negotiation
placements, clear understanding of Legal and Regulatory requirements that touch the assurance
business etc.
- Engage in general query handling and problem solving and communicate collaboratively and
continually with all supporting functions all over the company,
- Define, provide and implement standard and ad-hoc information and data reports to Sales
Management,
- Monitor Exception approval process among our pricing process and business commercial gestures to
continue the excellence when it comes to client servicing,
- Organise Sales Induction trainings with Lombard International Group new joiners and Sales
information sharing sessions.

**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Sales Coordination Officer?
- University degree with a first experience in Audit, Finance or Project Management;
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills;
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of initiative, planning and organizational skills;
- Pragmatic, problem-solving and result-oriented approach;
- Knowledge of the unit-linked life insurance and its Regulatory framework is an advantage;
- Fluency in English with excellent writing skills and in another European language (fluency in Italian, Swedish or Spanish is a plus);
- Proficient with Excel and confident user of PowerPoint; Enthusiastic team player and self-motivated.
