**About the Role**:
Are you ready to lead a transformational stream of our Operational Excellence Program? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Customer Master Data Manager to drive harmonization across markets, streamline processes and data models, and strengthen governance through the design and implementation of a global template solution for Customer Master Data Management.
As the Central Data Owner for customer attributes, Sales & distribution blocks, and Global customer and channel hierarchies, you will co-lead the implementation of the most efficient and effective Customer Master Data in each market. This will be done through strong collaboration with the Customer Service department. You will ensure a higher degree of standardization and simplify the customer master data model. Your expertise will be pivotal in defining the Master Data Model for globally owned information. You will also drive improvements in key data quality standards such as accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
You will be collaborating with Sales Business Development, Sales Channels/Area's, Global Master data teams, IT teams, and Local Customer Service. Your ability to process and disposition a high volume of requests in an organized and efficient manner will be critical to success. You will maintain the MDG Capability blueprint up to leading-edge standards, nurturing continuous alignment with markets by collecting feedback and elaborating new ideas. You may also revisit existing models/hierarchies in response to evolving business demands and needs. Additionally, you will provide valuable recommendations on Customer Master Data improvement opportunities.
**Who we are looking for**:
With 6-9 years of experience, your background in Local Customer Service, Sales Administration or Master data, Order to cash environment, or BI will be invaluable. Proficiency in working with Informatica and databases, along with experience in customer identification and address standardization processes, will be essential. SAP knowledge is a must-have. Additionally, your strong commercial acumen, proven ability to work with a focus on continuous improvement, and expertise in data management techniques will set you up for success.
