**Senior Payroll Officer (M/F)**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Participate in the payroll process on a monthly basis, in collaboration with your manager;
- Ensure the accuracy of the salaries calculated and check the integrity of the calculation;
- Handle employees’ inquiries regarding payroll;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, follow-up on absences and illnesses, manage registration and declaration of employees at the competent authorities;
- Assist with employee benefits administration and provide general HR administrative support.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
If
- You have a BTS, DUT or a Bachelor's Degree;
- You have 3 to 6 years of experience in payroll in Luxembourg;
- You have good knowledge of salary calculation, labor law, social security and payroll tax;
- You have experience with using our software PayEase, it will be considered an asset;
- You are rigorous, have very good analytical skills and are comfortable with numbers;
- You have very good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit;
- You are autonomous, respective of deadlines and have a developed sense of customer service;
- You are fluent in French and English; German/Luxembourgish are assets;
