Un Juriste - Expert en fonds alternatifs et fund finance (M/F)

**Profil recherché**:
- Titulaire d’un Master en droit ou finance (fonds d’investissement alternatifs);
- Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans un cabinet d’avocats reconnu de la place dans le domaine des fonds d’investissement, et plus particulièrement, en matière du fund financing (e.a. equity bridge financing);
- CCDL ou examen de fin de stage judiciaire constitue un atout.
Les compétences détaillées ci-dessous représentent un profil idéal. L’acquisition de ces compétences peut, sur base de prédispositions d’apprentissage démontrées, être effectuée par l’encadrement et la formation proposée par la Banque au cours de la prise de fonction et la période d’intégration.
**Compétences techniques**:
1. Spécificités métier et aspects réglementaires
- Maîtrise des domaines suivants:
- Fonds d’investissement
- Rédaction d’offres, actes et contrats
- Cadre réglementaire autour des fonds d’investissement alternatifs
- Bonnes connaissances du cadre réglementaire des garanties financières et insolvabilité
2. Outils informatiques et compétences digitales
- Maîtrise des outils de collaboration (ex. Teams, Sharepoint) et de l’utilisation Internet
- Compétences confirmées dans MS Office
3. Connaissances linguistiques (oral et écrit)
- Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise;
- Bonne cconnaissance des langues luxembourgeoise et allemande.

- Utiliser les moyens disponibles et effectuer les tâches simples ou répétitives de façon autonome, correcte et systématique;

- Créer et améliorer l’esprit d’équipe en partageant ses avis et ses idées et en contribuant à la résolution de conflits entre collègues.
**Missions**:
- Revue et analyse juridique des documents constitutifs des fonds d’investissement;
- Être en contact et communiquer avec le client et les conseils juridiques externes;
- Rédaction, revue et négociation de toute documentation liée aux financements accordés aux fonds d’investissement (dont notamment contrats de financement, contrats de sûretés, y compris sous forme syndiquée suivant le standard LMA);
- Assurer la conformité des contrats de financement et des procédures internes à la réglementation juridique en matière des fonds d’investissement.
