Manpower Permanent Placement, is recruiting for one of its clients: a service provider, specialized in audit and advisory, a Compliance Manager M/F/X (Permanent) to be involved in the new projects of the company.

Yours tasks:

- Assisting in the preparation of offers in the compliance area
- Coordinating, managing and delivering AML/CTF and compliance client’s projects
- Providing advice and general support to your clients in regulatory and compliance matters
- Performing the review/writing of policies and procedures, process review and optimization, assessment and improvement of control and organization, tool selection and implementation
- Providing mentoring and training to the team

Your profile:

- You have a Master’s degree or equivalent
- You have 5+ years of experience in compliance/regulatory roles, ideally in a consulting environment
- You have strong problem-solving skills
- You are proactive, eager to learn and build experience
- You communicate easily and can work autonomously as well as part of a team
- You are fluent in English and French
