Established in Luxembourg for many years, this PFS has built a solid reputation for their high technical level for their growing client base. Our partner provides a complete range of services to their clients such as Corporate administration, Accounting, Tax and Compliance. They have a strong focus on Alternative Investment Funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.
This approach will offer you all the support you need to deepen your skills and evolve horizontally and vertically. This means that if you want to reach higher positions within this PFS, it is possible because there is a clear evolution possible. From Fund Corporate Officer to managerial positions : it is all possible in this PFS, which means that your ambitions will always be fulfilled.
Highly flexible, our partner allows its employees to have a hybrid schedule with one day of homeworking per week and flexible hours, to support them with keeping a balanced life. Furthermore, their policy states that overtime is very rare which is why you will have no issues picking your child up from school for example, and you will not feel too stressed or tired.
Your Responsibilities | Fund Officer – Corporate – Legal – PFS – Corporate Officer - AIF
- In your missions, you will have to maintain and develop your relationships with your clients, and will be in charge of the daily management of Alternative Investment Funds primarily.
- You will be involved in the preparation and organization of board meetings, general meetings and drafting the related minutes.
- You are in charge of board packs, as well as liaising with your clients and third parties.
- You also ensure the approval of annual accounts and other filings on the Trade/Business register.
Profile and Career Path | Fund Officer – Corporate – Legal – PFS – Corporate Officer - AIF
- We are currently searching for a talent that has acquired at least 2 years of experience as a (Fund) Corporate Officer within a PFS or Fiduciary in Luxembourg.
- You have a very good command of English (read, written, spoken) to be integrated well in the existing teams and to facilitate contacts with external parties. Knowledge of French or Italian will be considered an asset.
- You have a previous exposure to the local Fund Industry, especially to AIF.
- You are looking for a company in which you will be able to develop your skills in order to achieve an ambitious career path in the medium and long term.
