Sous la supervision du Responsable des Opérations, le Front Office Supervisor participe à la préouverture de l’hôtel et apportera son soutien et son expérience dans la mise en place du service de la Réception.
Participation à la mise en place et à l’organisation du service, au recrutement, à la formation, à l’élaboration des procédures de service, tout est à faire
Il/elle supervise et coordonne l’activité du service de la Réception, se présente comme l’interlocuteur privilégié de la clientèle et veille à sa satisfaction.
Il/elle veille au suivi des réservations auprès des équipes opérationnelles et s’assure que toutes les demandes clients soient comprises et respectées.
Il/elle contribue à l’optimisation du taux de remplissage et du prix moyen en étroite collaboration avec le département commercial et le Responsable des Réservations.
Il/elle participe à la maximisation du chiffre d’affaires en encourageant l’upsell et veille la bonne gestion des coûts de son département.
Il/elle participe au recrutement, à la formation, au développement et à l’encadrement de l’équipe de Réception et cultive l’esprit d’équipe et le sentiment d’appartenance au groupe.
Il/elle assure la gestion administrative de son département et veille la tenue irréprochable des espaces placés sous sa responsabilité.
**SAVOIR FAIRE**:
- Maitrise les techniques de vente et de gestion des plaintes
- Aptitude en management d’équipe
- Savoir faire preuve de capacité d’analyse
- Comprendre l’hôtellerie - restauration (habitudes, coutumes, etc )
- Maitriser impérativement l’anglais + une 3ème langue si possible
- Maîtriser les outils bureautiques, informatiques et la messagerie
- Maitriser des logiciels hôteliers (Opera)

Etudes hôtelières et trois ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire
