Job Function: Sales Operations Why SoftwareONE?:
**Operations Manager (Inside Sales)**:
Fulltime, location: Luxembourg (hybrid)

Be a part of our Customer Center of Excellence and work together with the Account Managers (Business Development Managers) to develop and maintain favourable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue and ensure that SoftwareONE products and services consistently meet client needs.

This role is responsible for providing, coordinating and doing the follow-up of sales quotations, sustaining and renewing client contracts, as well as systematically pursuing customer opportunities.

The role:
Managing the operations and processes of the E2E Sales Process:

- Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing customers
- Work collaboratively with assigned Business Development Managers to develop an overall territory account plan which will maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers and partners
- Assist with selected sales administrative tasks
- Prepare and attend operational customer meetings
- Provide licensing support as needed
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests
- Follow-up of all transactional quotes with customer before expiration
- PyraCloud setup & promotion including giving basic demo’s
- Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer and territory through proactive telesales activity
- Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams and internal support teams
- Act as key resource for leading industry volume license offerings

What we need to see from you:
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:

- Knowledge of: operational policies and procedures; customer service and developing and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Ability to: analyze data, identify trends and develop recommendations for improvement; work independently and show initiative; maintain a positive attitude; handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines; adapt to and embrace change in a rapidly changing environment; maintain and promote good client relations, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Skilled in: relationship building; verbal and written communication in French and English; problem solving; researching customer and product information; planning, scheduling, and organizing work; multitasking; and time management.

**You also bring**:

- 1-3 years professional sales experience preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit.
- Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks.
- General understanding of technology solutions.
- Proficient in and knowledgeable with Microsoft’s licensing programs and product stack.
