**Senior Regulatory Change Specialist - Asset Management**

**Who we’re looking for**

We are currently seeking a Senior Regulatory Project Manager/Business Analyst (referred to internally as Senior Regulatory Change Specialist to reinforce our change management team).

Based in Luxembourg, the Senior Regulatory Change Specialist will drive and support various regulatory change projects across the EMEA region.

Your main goal will be to own the regulatory change book of work and conduct the regulatory initiatives from the end-to-end value chain, ensuring the regulatory deadlines are met on due time.

You will be working closely with the compliance team and with various senior stakeholders across the Group to enable the regulatory change.

**What you’ll do**
- Own, manage, and end-to-end delivery of the regulatory book of change, acting as the central point of contact for EU regulatory change and working closely with the Compliance Team;
- Provide expertise to set-up a strong regulatory change framework to maintain and deliver the book of change in line with the Group business transformation governance, practices and requirements;
- Build a strong relationship with senior stakeholders across the Group; maintaining the senior leadership informed on key risks and issues, project delivery and progress, key milestones, any change of directions, financials, etc.
- Utilise your robust Project Management skills to ensure a structured approach to delivering change, reporting and manage timely strategic escalation to secure prompt mitigation measures.
- Utilise your Business Analyst skills to initiate change, problem solve and manage complex issues.
- Actively participate to the regulatory watch to anticipate future regulatory demand and prepare the budget submission in collaboration with local and group stakeholders.
- On ad-hoc basis, support the Business Teams to respond to regulator queries.

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need**
- Excellent Project Management skills with a demonstrated track record of managing multiple (and complex) regulatory change projects; 5 to 10 years’ experience in managing regulatory change projects
- Comfortable with re-prioritising and adapting to a variety of regulatory change projects.
- Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, ability to build and keep the end-to-end vision while digging in the required details; ability to build structure and develop project approaches from initial ideas
- Strong knowledge of the Fund industry, especially asset management
- Outstanding organisational skills (project structure and governance framework) and capable of managing workload often under tight deadlines with high and consistent quality.
- Excellent communication skills both written (English) and verbal including the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help**
- Any European language will be considered as a plus
