- Sales planning for Forecast, Budget and MTP
- Lead and develop the sales team
- Develop new business opportunities in a challenging market
- Implement Interface to Webasto Headquarters
- Degree in engineering, business administration, management or related field and at least 10 years of experience working in sales management for a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier
- Professional experience in sales of automotive glass to OEM and aftermarket customers
- Self-motivated business professional with a proven track record of success in building business relationships
- Ability to understand complex technical systems
- Strategic thinker and high ability to manage conflicts
- Outstanding negotiation skills / techniques and demonstration of strong communication skills and customer focus
