Job Description
JOB TITLE -Domiciliary Assistant
Role Summary:
Aberdeen Standard Investments is currently looking for a Domiciliary Assistant to cover domiciliary activities for the Management Company, UCITS and financial AIFs, including.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensuring that necessary filing, electronic and physical, is complete and up-to-date to give a complete record of all management company and fund documentation (including in relation to historic documents).
- Receiving, recording and forwarding as appropriate, all notices and correspondence received by the management company or funds at their registered address.
- Obtaining signatures and completing and despatching documents from authorised signatories, after ensuring appropriate legal, board and other review and sign off as required.
- Other domiciliary or management company administrative assistance as required from time to time

Experience and Qualification:
- Individuals with prior domiciliary or corporate services administrative and record keeping experience would be preferred.
