TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
This dynamic role places a strong emphasis on driving progress and innovation. As an Analyst, your key responsibilities will include data analysis, process optimization, and the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI-powered Revenue Management & Pricing Systems. Positioned at the core of Revenue Management, you will play a pivotal role in achieving cross-divisional excellence and ensuring a sustainable, long-term positive impact on the company's revenue and profitability.
**Key Activities**:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and upkeep of technical tools and solutions for the Revenue Management Department.
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of RM Systems, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to swiftly address any system disruptions.
- Collaborate with and support the RM & Pricing team in meeting their science and technology needs.
- Organize, analyze, and categorize data effectively.
- Identify inefficiencies in business processes that hinder automation and initiate discussions with the business to address them.
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
**Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
**Methodology**: Familiarity with Agile methodology.
**Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
**Data Visualization**:Expertise in creating data visualizations using MS Power BI, Tableau, and Visio.
**Analytical Skills**: Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
**Revenue Management**: Experience or general knowledge of Air Cargo Revenue Management.
**Programming Knowledge**: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and SQL is a plus.
**Communication Skills**: Effective communicator (both written and verbal) across all levels of the organization with a strong command of the English language.
**Problem-Solving**: Ability to find solutions to complex, cross-functional problems.
**Initiative**: Self-starter capable of working independently.
**Organizational Skills**: Organized and disciplined, able to manage the delivery of multiple objectives.
**Adaptability**: Flexibility to respond adaptively to a range of different work situations.
**Integrity**: Trustworthy, honest, business-minded, and supportive of company values.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Permanent full-time position based in Luxembourg
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Fuehrungsszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
