Votre profil:
- Minimum Bac +3 en gestion/administration ou en droit
- Expérience réussie de 3/5 ans au minimum dans un poste similaire
- Esprit d’équipe, aisance relationnelle, proactif(ve), rigoureux(se), dynamique et autonome
- Bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office
- Pratique courante du français, bon niveau en anglais (le luxembourgeois et l’allemand constituent un atout)
- Une expérience en relation avec les fonds d’investissements est également un atout
Vos missions (liste non exhaustive):
- Gestion juridique et administrative quotidienne d’un portefeuille de sociétés (principalement financières)
- Préparation des dossiers et support administratif « Compliance/KYC » pour les banques et les contreparties (investissements, fonds, AIFM)
- Analyse et coordination de restructurations diverses en support du manager
- Coordination, préparation et tenue de réunion et d’assemblée générale physique
- Rédaction de procès-verbaux (approbation des comptes, réunions de management, décisions importantes,...)
- Mise à jour des informations des sociétés auprès du RCS/RBE, tenue des registre actionnaires/associés
- Gestion de la relation et communication avec les banques, les notaires, les prestataires et conseillers externes, l'administration, les auditeurs
- Coordination et suivi des signatures, vérification et traitement des documents collectés
