**Job Content**:
The product owner is a product development team member who ensures that each product delivers the maximum value to the user. He has a central position in each product development cycle, and has the ability to operate with all teams within the organization.
**Role and responsibilities**
- Create an actionable product roadmap
- Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
- Groom and prioritize backlog, come up with backlog items align with larger business objectives and implement the most efficient sequence of development
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Set spring goals
- Write acceptance tests
- Plan release and upgrades
- Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
- Analyze preferences and requests of clients

- Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodology
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and Web technologies
- Strong leadership and team spirit

- Ability to work cross functional teams to deliver on a common goal

- Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable product
