ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS - Intégrateur de services informatiques créé en 1991, nous nous positionnons comme fournisseur du confort informatique pour les petites et moyennes structures. Nous disposons à cet effet d'une offre de services « packagés » et d'un service desk personnalisé.
Pour les organisations de taille plus importante, nous sommes également actifs dans la mise à disposition de ressources, la réalisation de projets (opérationnels et de développements), la fourniture et la mise en œuvre de matériel informatique (Serveurs, unités de stockage, PC, imprimantes...), et le conseil.

**Votre rôle**:
En tant qu'Administrateur ServiceNow, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'optimisation et la gestion de la plateforme ServiceNow au sein de l'entreprise. Que vous soyez débutant ou expérimenté, vous aurez l'opportunité d'évoluer dans un environnement collaboratif et de contribuer activement à la transformation numérique de nos clients.
**Responsabilités principales**:
Configurer, administrer et maintenir la plateforme ServiceNow pour garantir son bon fonctionnement et répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
Personnaliser les modules ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.) et développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités en fonction des demandes.
Analyser et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés à ServiceNow, tout en assurant une documentation complète et à jour.
Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles pour assurer l'intégration de ServiceNow avec d'autres systèmes internes.
Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et à la mise en oeuvre de meilleures pratiques ITIL.
Former et assister les utilisateurs finaux pour garantir une utilisation optimale de la plateforme.
**Profil recherché**:
**Langue**: Maîtrise du français obligatoire (oral et écrit).
**Expérience**: Pour les profils juniors : Une première expérience en administration de plateformes IT, idéalement ServiceNow, serait un plus.
**Pour les profils seniors**: Une solide expérience (5 ans ou plus) en administration de ServiceNow et une connaissance approfondie des modules ITSM, ITOM, ITBM.
**Compétences techniques**: Bonne connaissance des langages de script (JavaScript, GlideScript), des API REST/SOAP et des principes ITIL.
**Soft skills**: Excellente capacité à travailler en équipe, adaptabilité, bonnes compétences en communication et orientation service client.
**Certifications ServiceNow**: Un atout apprécié, en particulier pour les profils seniors.
