What is the role of a Program Manager Cost to Serve and Account Management Operations and its’ purpose?
As a PM in SAS, you’ll be an essential part of innovating & transforming our processes. You’ll be taking the lead on the design and launch of a new structure to service SAS Sellers. You’ll also oversee processes that are already running and find ways to improve them. Key job responsibilities
**As a Program Manager**:
a. You are a part of the Central Product Team and work within the Business Operations team.
b. You collaborate with the SAS Business to reduce cost to serve, while maintaining a high bar in Seller Experience.
c. You will work closely with RBS partners to grow SAS Sellers in a cost efficient and scalable environment.
d. You will forge partnerships with business workstreams, crafting processes to adapt to evolving Sellers preferences.
e. You establish goals aligned with 3P objectives and report on goal progress (MBR, QBR).
