Objet du poste
Le Financial Controller fournit les modèles prévisionnels de sociétés et d’actifs, les plans et les budgets, les rapports internes et externes, les mesures de la performance, les analyses et le contrôle (prévisionnel vs réel) et le contrôle des risques à nos clients et à nos départements Fund Management et Asset Management.
Missions principales
- Produire des rapports annuels, semestriels, trimestriels ou mensuels (y compris reporting réglementaire) et des tableaux de bord sur la performance financière, la performance des investissements et les questions comptables (y compris normes IFRS), ainsi que des rapports externes et internes ad hoc (c.à-d. Management Board ou Supervisory Board)
- Coordonner le processus de planification des sociétés/des actifs et préparer les calendriers de planification en incluant les commentaires sur les résultats du portefeuille
- Assurer l’exactitude et l’exhaustivité des productions dans les délais impartis des prestataires de services externes (gestionnaire d’entreprise, gestionnaire immobilier et conseiller fiscal) Ce rôle peut nécessiter d’intervenir en qualité de directeur de divisions opérationnelles
- Préparer des prévisions sur les sociétés et des analyses des écarts en utilisant les outils informatiques à disposition
- Contrôler la performance au niveau des actifs (écarts entre données réelles et prévisionnelles, performances des actifs, contrôle des dépenses d’investissement, arriérés des loyers, etc.)
- Mettre à disposition des résultats dans le système informatique global
- Participer aux projets transversaux si demandé et exécuter d’autres tâches et projets attribués périodiquement
- Renforcer une gestion des risques avisée et efficace conformément au cadre de mesures et d’objectifs en matière de risque et de conformité

- Formation _
- Diplôme en administration des affaires (finances ou immobilier)
- Expérience_
- Expérience en comptabilité, idéalement à un poste en lien avec le reporting opérationnel/financier, avec une exposition à/compréhension de l’immobilier
- Expérience en audit, contrôle financier ou Middle Office
- Une expérience en immobilier, gestion d’actifs et/ou gestion de projets est souhaitable
- Connaissances et compétences_
- Maîtrise d’outils informatiques (notamment Excel à un niveau avancé)
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication (esprit d’équipe/souplesse), fiabilité
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse
- Anglais parlé et écrit courant
- Bonnes compétences analytiques
