Notre client, un cabinet d’avocat de renom, établi depuis longtemps à Luxembourg, recherche activement un** Assistant Administratif & Légal **pour rejoindre son équipe. **Responsabilités**:

- Gérer efficacement les tâches administratives variées, notamment le classement et la numérisation de documents, l'envoi de courriers, la prise de messages téléphoniques, la réservation de salles, l'organisation de réunions, et occasionnellement, la planification de voyages.
- Travailler en collaboration avec un ou plusieurs associé(s) / counsel et les membres de l’équipe.
- Intégrer une équipe dynamique d'assistants administratifs
- Préparer et mettre en forme divers documents à partir de notes manuscrites ou dictées.
- Participer activement aux procédures internes telles que l'identification de clients et l'ouverture de dossiers.
- Maintenir à jour la base de contacts clients.

**Profil**:

- Grande discrétion dans le traitement des informations confidentielles.
- Association de rigueur et de sens de l'organisation.
- Esprit d'équipe bien développé.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression lorsque nécessaire.
- ** Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais. **La maîtrise de l'allemand et/ou du luxembourgeois est un avantage.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques de base (Windows, Office, etc.).
