Das Product Management Team bei Golding Capital Partners vereint Product Analytics, Lifecycle Management und projektbezogene Themen des Product Managements zentral. Als abteilungsübergreifende Anlaufstelle trägt unser Team mit entscheidungsrelevanten Arbeitsergebnissen und Analysen maßgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.

Das umfasst konkret:
- Ökonomische Konzeption von Investitionsstrukturen und/oder deren Strukturelementen
- Wirtschaftliche Vertragsverhandlung mit KundInnen und GeschäftspartnerInnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten KollegInnen im Haus und im Team
- Management von produktbezogenen Projekten und Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für den Produktgenehmigungsausschuss
- Koordination und Bearbeitung von Investorenanfragen, Produktpräsentationen und Ausschreibungsprozessen innerhalb des Product Management Teams
- Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und Verfahren im Product Management

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsrechts mit einem auf Finance oder Investments ausgerichtetem Schwerpunkt oder einen gleichwertigen Studiengang
- Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Asset Management, bevorzugt mit Fokus auf Alternative Investments und gerne in beratender Tätigkeit
- Tiefgreifende ökonomische Sachkenntnis gepaart mit kommerziellem Vertragsverständnis idealerweise im Bereich der Alternative Investments
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) essentiell, Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Legal Tech sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, gerne auch bereichsübergreifend bzw. interdisziplinär
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
