Le University of Luxembourg Competence Centre (ULCC) est l’organisme de formation continue universitaire partenaire de l’Université du Luxembourg. Sa mission est de développer, proposer et gérer des programmes de formation répondant aux besoins du marché et soutenant les grands axes de développement de l’économie luxembourgeoise.
Dans le cadre de ses activités, l’ULCC recherche pour entrée immédiate:
**Un(e) Project Manager pour son Pôle Santé**

**Votre mission**:
Créer, développer et promouvoir des formations continues et des certificats universitaires destinés aux professionnels du secteur de la santé et gérer des missions ou des projets spécifiques en lien avec le développement des compétences pour ce secteur.
**Vos activités et responsabilités**:

- Assurer une veille permanente de votre secteur d’activités, animer des comités de pilotage, participer aux événements importants organisés au Luxembourg ;
- Consolider l’offre de formations du pôle Santé, qu’il s’agisse de formations continues ou de certificats universitaires, et être force de proposition sur des nouveaux sujets en lien avec les attentes de nos clients et partenaires ;
- Entretenir notre réseau de partenaires et de clients et faire la promotion régulière de l’offre de formations du pôle Santé ;
- Gérer notre réseau d’intervenants et d’experts et les conseiller en ingénierie pédagogique ;
- Participer à la digitalisation de certaines parties des formations développées ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le pôle « Certificats universitaires » afin de maîtriser les règles et procédures relatives aux certificats universitaires ;
- Être un relais en interne entre la Direction et les équipes ;
- Répondre à des appels d’offres.

- Disposer d’un Master (ou équivalent) en Ingénierie pédagogique ou dans le domaine de la santé ;
- Connaître le secteur de la santé luxembourgeois, ses défis et ses enjeux ;
- Être un expert en gestion de projets et en pédagogie, y compris digitale ;
- Parler français et anglais couramment, l’allemand étant considéré comme un plus ;
- Savoir mener une analyse des besoins et en dériver un plan de formations ;
- Bien organiser et planifier les tâches en ayant une vue d’ensemble pour l’équipe ;
- Communiquer efficacement en interne et en externe, à l’écrit et à l’oral ;
- Avoir d’excellentes capacités relationnelles et faire preuve de diplomatie ;
- Aimer travailler en équipe ;
- Bien analyser les situations complexes et savoir prendre des décisions rapidement ;
- Faire preuve de fiabilité, de réactivité et d’autonomie tout en communiquant régulièrement ;
- Être orienté vers la qualité et la performance.
