- **Tax Client Support Officer**, you will be joining
- _Funds Administration _unit’s
- _Funds Client Support _team.**Your role**:

- You will be responsible for preparing annual and event-driven fund-level tax publications in various countries. You will also be responsible for handling internal and external fund tax data queries and contributing to other Funds Client Support activities.**Responsibilities**:

- To manage daily tax figures setup, calculation, control and reporting (mainly German and Belgium tax figures)
- To prepare and/or coordinate annual and event-driven fund tax reporting calculation and publications (mainly Belgium, Austria, UK, Swiss, France, Italy, Hong-Kong and Taïwan tax figures)
- To log, plan, analyse, bill and report tax data activities (logs & KPIs).
- To help clients in determining distributable income, coordinate and control effective dividend distribution based on a defined calendar.
- To respond in a timely and qualitative manner to any fund tax enquiry from external, internal clients and auditors (main point of contact).
- To keep abreast of tax regulations and market practices, and ensure ongoing compliance with fund accounting tax calculations methods in various countries where tax reporting figures are published.
- To contribute to improving continuously procedures and to the automation of tax accounting activities in order to provide a high quality service to clients
- To maintain the fund tax reporting tools and databases.
- To provide support and liaise efficiently with colleagues within the Funds Client Support team.

**Your profile**:
**Educational background and employment experience**:

- University degree in Finance or Economics.
- Several years’ experience in the field of fund taxes.
- Outstanding communication skills.

**Specific knowledge**:

- Expertise on fund tax regulation and tax reporting.
- Experience in fund accounting in Multifonds.
- Broad knowledge of fund regulations, vision of fund administration.
- Advanced user of the standard MS Office tools (in particular Excel).
- Proficient user of SQL queries

**Language knowledge**:

- Good command of French and English.

- Good analytical skills.
- Rigorous and well organised.
- Able to handle stress and prioritise.
