Alternative Depositary Oversight, Associate 1 (Hybrid)
**General Position Summary**:
**Specific Duties**:
- Perform the analysis of private equity, real estate and other alternative structures introduced by clients and determine the required operational controls.
- Determine and assess relevant legal documentation on multi-domicile alternative structures operating out of Luxembourg such as private placement memorandum, share purchase agreements, corporate and financing documents, title deeds and similar.
- Assess other relevant information on alternative structures relating to transactions and cash flows.
- Perform the depositary on the oversight tasks, in line with AIFMD.
- Review processes and seek efficiencies and contribute to the implementation of new processes and systems.
Ability to work independently.**Qualifications**:
**Academic Qualification**:Bac + 4

- Ability to analyze a situation and obtain information to reach sound conclusions.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines; pro-active, focused attitude towards work.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate and manage external relationships with clients to a strong professional standard.
- Service-oriented and results-focused.
**Language Skills**:
- English (fluent, spoken and in writing).
- Other languages are an advantage.
