The Department of Law of the Faculty of Law, Economics, and Finance of the University of Luxembourg is looking for a Research and Development specialist to conduct research in Luxembourg business law.

**Your Role...**:
The Research and Development Specialist will be working under the supervision of Professor André Prüm. The R&D Specialist will be in charge of:

- Conducting research on different topics in Luxembourg business law, including in particular, company law, banking and financial law, insolvency law, and contract law;
- Providing assistance for the preparation of scientific publications;
- Providing assistance for the preparation of conferences, workshops, seminars, and lectures
- Providing a scientific watch on selected topics by maintaining a database of case law and doctrinal references;
- Preparing further research proposals within the Department of Law.

**Qualifications...**:
Holding the Certificat of the Cours complémentaires en droit luxembourgeois and a work experience in a Luxembourg law firm will be considered as an advantage.

In particular, the following requirements apply:

- Solid knowledge and expertise in Luxembourg business law;
- Strong interest in European law;
- Perfect command of French;
- Fluency in English. A good understanding of German will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Proven ability to work autonomously;
- Team spirit;
- Curiosity and self-motivation.
