Nous recherchons un(e)** Business Analyst **pour accompagner nos équipes dans l’optimisation et la gestion du cycle de vie des contrats et documents. Vous serez au cœur de projets stratégiques et collaborerez étroitement avec les parties prenantes métiers et techniques.
**Vos missions principales seront**:
**Collecte et gestion des données**:
- Collecte des données dynamiques des contrats et des métadonnées associées.
- Mapping des contrats et documents avec les processus cibles.
**Gestion technique et qualité**:
- Définition ou contrôle qualité des fichiers XML pour la publication des contrats.
- Contrôle qualité des présentations des contrats/documents pour exposition client.
**Rédaction et documentation**:
- Rédaction des règles métiers et techniques pour la gestion du cycle de vie des contrats dans la GED ou dans Quartet (outil de design des templates).
- Rédaction des process et des requirements (cahier des charges, spécifications).
**Définition et formalisation**:
- Définition des règles métiers adaptées aux besoins des parties prenantes.
**Profil recherché**:
- **Expérience** : Minimum 5 ans en tant que Business Analyst, idéalement dans le domaine des contrats ou de la gestion documentaire.
- **Compétences techniques** : Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion documentaire/Gestion électronique des documents (GED) et des standards XML.
- **Compétences métiers**:
Capacité à rédiger des règles métiers et techniques précises.
Expertise dans la collecte, le traitement et le mapping des données.
**Soft skills**:
- Esprit analytique et structuré.
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de communication.
- Aptitude à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
