BLI - Banque de Luxembourg Investments est la société de gestion d'actifs de la Banque de Luxembourg.

Notre dynamique service « Client/Product Servicing & Reporting » est à la recherche d'un-e Product Servicing Officer afin de supporter ses activités.

En tant que Product Servicing Officer, votre mission sera d'assurer la gestion opérationnelle des produits et services de BLI, en ce inclus les données et les reportings liés, afin de respecter les obligations réglementaires, de faciliter leur distribution interne et externe et de permettre aux prospects et investisseurs afin d'avoir une vue fidèle l'offre BLI.

Pour ce faire, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Assurer la maintenance des données statiques (signalétiques) et dynamiques relatives aux SICAV et FCP gérés par BLI.
- Assurer la production de la documentation sur nos produits, qu'il s'agisse de la documentation légale et commerciale récurrente (fiche fonds, présentation,) ou des reportings réguliers à destination des investisseurs institutionnels.
- Définir et mettre en place les nouveaux flux de données, les nouveaux documents et reportings lors de la création d'un nouveau produit ou à la demande d'un distributeur.
- Alimenter et vérifier les bases de données externes avec des documents légaux et commerciaux, des données statiques et dynamiques.
- Mettre en place et gérer les abonnements de dissémination de documents et de rapports réglementaires (Solvency 2, EPT/EMT, rapports annuels/ semi-annuels, PRIIPs KID,) afin de répondre à des obligations légales face aux investisseurs de BLI.
- Développer une vue d'ensemble de l'écosystème technique des SICAV et FCP gérés par BLI.
- Gérer/participer aux projets métier et techniques qui impactent les activités opérationnelles de gestion des produits.

**Profil**:
Disposant au minimum d'une expérience de 3 ans dans une fonction similaire ou dans un rôle vous permettant d'avoir une bonne compréhension du monde des fonds, vous souhaitez mettre à profits vos compétences au sein d'une nouvelle structure.
- Vous êtes au minimum titulaire d'un Bac+2 en Economie ou en Gestion ;
- Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les sujets réglementaires et pour la gestion des données ;
- Vous disposez d'une aisance relationnelle & le contact client est un élément de motivation dans votre quotidien ;
- Vous avez un vif intérêt pour proposer des pistes d'amélioration sur des flux déjà existants ;
- Vous maîtrisez les outils de gestion des données et de production des rapports ;
- Une expérience liée à la gestion et le traitement des données sera considérée comme un atout ;
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais.
