La Faculté des Sciences Humaines, des Sciences de l’Éducation et des Sciences Sociales (FHSE) couvre un large éventail de domaines : les sciences comportementales et cognitives, les sciences de l’éducation et l’intervention sociale, la géographie et l’aménagement du territoire, et les sciences humaines et sociales. La recherche et l’enseignement de la faculté se concentrent sur les questions sociales, économiques, politiques et éducatives dans le but commun de contribuer à une société inclusive, ouverte et pleine de ressources.

**Contexte**:
Rattachée à la FHSE, la personne sera en charge de la gestion et l’administration de trois nouveaux Masters en cours d’emploi:
- Master en sciences de l’éducation : éducation inclusive et accessibilité pédagogique
- Master en sciences de l’éducation : gestion et développement des écoles
- Master en sciences de l’éducation : développement de l’enseignement
**Mission**:
La personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe en place, le décanat et les services centraux et sera en charge notamment des tâches suivantes:
- Organisation des programmes d’études et des descriptifs de cours
- Gestion dans la base de données : éditions du planning des cours, des notes, ECTS, etc.
- Communication interne et externe (page web, brochures, Moodle, MS Teams)
- Contacts avec les enseignants internes et externes
- Organisation des examens et jurys
- Participation à différents événements (réunions, visites, portes ouvertes)
- Tâches générales de secrétariat : accueil, téléphone, courriels, correspondance, dispatching, classement et archivage
**Votre profil...**:
- Formation BAC +3
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle
- Maîtrise d’au moins deux des langues usuelles de l’Université : français et allemand. La maitrise du luxembourgeois est un atout
- Excellente pratique des outils de bureautique usuels
- Esprit d’initiative, capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps de manière autonome
- Aisance dans les contacts relationnels, très bonne présentation, ouverture d’esprit, sens de l’organisation et de l’accueil
