MIBL provides a wide range of financial services to institutional investors including depositary, custody, fund administration and other banking-related services.
MIBL now has an opening in its Custody & Banking Services Department for a:
Custody Client Services Officer (CDD – one year)
(Ref: CCSO – 03/2024)
Primary functions:
Under the supervision of your hierarchical line, you are in charge of all matters that are in the function competences.
- Maintain and enhance relations with existing customers by resolving incoming queries and service issues;
- Maintain log of activity and queries in order to extract Key Performance Indicators and present to Management;
- Provide solutions for the customers' needs;
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Work collaboratively with other departments in MIBL and affiliated entities in order to satisfy MIBL's customer's.
- Assisting and supporting the Custody and Banking Services staff in their daily tasks, if required;
- Assisting his direct Supervisor on any urgent matter;
- Escalate any urgent matter to his direct Supervisor.
Specific knowledge & skills:
- Good understanding of the custody and fund industry;
- Ability to work with colleagues of the bank and external parties, and escalate to reporting line when necessary;
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to details;
Human relations
- Team player & excellent communication skills;
- Result - oriented and ability to work under pressure;
- Good organization skills;
- Ability to prioritize;
- Dynamic and results-oriented.
