La Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) est l'opérateur d'aérodrome en charge de l'exploitation de l'infrastructure aéroportuaire. Notre plateforme fournit, entre autres, des services de vols directs vers plus de 100 destinations via 16 compagnies aériennes.

Nous comptons plus de 350 collaborateurs, de divers horizons et de 19 nationalités.


Ensemble, nous travaillons quotidiennement pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'aéroport et pour fournir un service de qualité à nos passagers.

Vos responsabilités

  • Piloter la gestion opérationnelle des Systèmes d'Information et en assurer la haute disponibilité
  • Initier et conduire l'ensemble des projets d'évolution à venir
  • Organiser, encadrer et assurer le dimensionnement des équipes informatiques en menant les opérations de formation et de recrutement adaptées (salariés et prestataires)
  • Diriger la gestion des Systèmes d'Information, les services associés, leur maintien en condition opérationnelle permanente et veiller à garantir un haut niveau de qualité de services dans un contexte critique au niveau international
  • Définir les orientations stratégiques en matière d'Informatique et de technologies dans une démarche d'amélioration continue : politique en matière de sécurité et de gouvernance, stratégie d'externalisation, évolutions des services aux utilisateurs
  • Répondre et anticiper les besoins des métiers de l'entreprise en cohérence avec la stratégie de la société
  • Définir et défendre les budgets du département en fonction des besoins des métiers et des évolutions souhaitées
  • Présenter la stratégie IT aux métiers et contribuer activement à une collaboration inter-métiers
  • Conseiller le CEO sur les orientations stratégiques
  • Garantir une veille technologique et juridique sur les évolutions en matière de systèmes d'Information

Le profil requis

Etudes / formations :
Diplôme d'études supérieures (Master) en informatique ou expérience équivalente dans une fonction similaire

Expérience :
10 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire

Compétences et connaissances requises:
*Langues:
Obligatoire :
- Anglais : courant à l'oral et à l'écrit;
- Français : courant à l'oral et à l'écrit ;

*Connaissances spécifiques au métier :
- Expérience significative en tant que manager
- Capacité à gérer un environnement complexe
- Permis de conduire B
