Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt uns zusammen mit den DevOps-Kollegen, auf Basis einer modernen Cloud-Infrastruktur Web- & Mobile-Anwendungen so schnell und effizient wie möglich auf den Markt zu bringen und zu betreiben
  • Du ermöglichst unseren internen und externen Kunden, sich auf ihr „Kerngeschäft" zu konzentrieren, indem du uns tatkräftig dabei unterstützt, unsere Applikationslandschaft zu betreiben und in allen IT- und Prozess-Fragestellungen zu betreuen
  • Du testest, konfigurierst und installierst neue Software-Lösungen und kümmerst Dich um etwaige Störungen sowie um die fortlaufende Dokumentation
  • Du unterstützt die Beschaffung, Administration, Optimierung, Überwachung und Absicherung aller eingesetzten (Cloud-) Infrastruktur- und Softwaresysteme
  • Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung von IT-Strategien und die Einführung neuer Technologien aktiv mit
  • Du entwickelst unsere Infrastruktur, die Produktplattform sowie zugehörige Tools und Prozesse gemeinsam im Team weiter und bist offen für ein dynamisches Umfeld, das sich permanent weiterentwickelt.

Dein Profil

  • Dein Ausbildungsweg ist nicht maßgeblich für uns. Viel wichtiger ist, dass Du (erste) Erfahrungen aus dem Bereich IT-Systemadministration und Interesse an Cloud-Infrastrukturen mitbringst
  • Du hast bereits Kenntnisse in einem oder idealerweise mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:
    • Mobile Device Management (bspw. Microsoft Intune)
    • Betriebssysteme (MacOS, Windows, Linux)
    • Ticketsysteme (bspw. Atlassian Jira) und IT-Servicemanagement (ITSM)
    • Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement (bswp. Entra ID)
    • System- und Netzwerktechnik inkl. Monitoring
    • IT-Sicherheitskonzepte und -maßnahmen
    • Backup- und Recovery-Strategien
    • Scripting und Automatisierung (z. B. PowerShell, Bash)
    • Datenbanken und Webserver (Grundkenntnisse)
  • Du bist ein zuverlässiger Teamplayer, der auf Qualität setzt und lieber in Lösungen als in Problemen denkt
  • Du hast eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise mit hohem Service-und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Du schaust gerne über den Tellerrand hinaus, um mit Software-Entwicklung und Produkt-Management konstruktive und pragmatische Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln
  • Du bringst gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
