Your mission:
En tant que " Operating Engineer ", vous serez responsable de la supervision des services, ainsi que de la détection et de la prévention de tout dysfonctionnement.
Vous réaliserez les taches documentées sur les serveurs des clients et documenterez les actions techniques récurrentes.
Vous serez intégrés dans un rythme de travail en horaires décalés.
Vos responsabilités par ordre d'importance seront les suivantes :
- Surveillance de l'activité Data Centre : détecter les incidents et alerter les responsables pour anticiper les problèmes
- Résolution des incidents en suivant les procédures définies. Investigations et process d'amélioration continue.
- Participer à la communication vers les différentes équipes support, et effectuer des feed-back. Gestion auprès des clients et utilisateurs si nécessaire
- Exécution des tâches de provisioning dans l'infrastructure IT du client
- Gestion monitoring des plateformes clients (analyse - actions correctives - actions proactives)
- Vérification et contrôle de l'historique du système
- Prise en charge des actions techniques sous procédures, documentées ou détaillées
- Rédaction de rapports techniques
