AML/KYC Officer (m/f)

You will be integrated into our AML team which is in charge of all AML/CTF aspects relating to ONE corporate‘s clients, from KYC to KYT, monitoring, risk evaluation, clients acceptance, training, and all professional obligations issued from the AML/CTF law.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Review of the KYC files for new and existing clients and identification of main issues and missing information by using an innovative and efficient KYC/KYT tool
  • Gather, analyse and maintain AML/KYC documentation
  • Conduct customer due diligence checks (KYC) on new and existing clients in order to identify and evaluate AML/CTF risks as per internal risk-based approach
  • Keep AML/KYC monitoring tables up-to-date
  • Assist the Compliance Officer / RC with inquiries from employees, management, internal and external auditors related to AML/KYC
  • Assist with the continuous improvement effective administration of the AML/KYC Policies
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

  • You either hold a related AML/KYC or compliance qualification or would be keen to study one with our financial support.
  • You have a great command of English and know that knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
