Shift Leader

Your role

• Manage the field and a team of 15 to 20 individuals during your shift.
• Plan ahead: distribute team members on the field like a Champions League coach to ensure swift and efficient service.
• Focus on customer satisfaction: greet customers with a winning smile, address their inquiries, and handle any issues diplomatically.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Handle some administrative tasks such as stock management, orders, and cash counting.

Your profile

• Experience in the restaurant industry, with fast-food exposure being advantageous.
• Prior experience as a team leader is essential.
• Dynamic, sales-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage stress and pressure effectively.
• Punctual, with a strong sense of discipline in tasks.
• Flexibility to work from Monday to Sunday.
• Must have own transportation.
