Temporary mission
The Client Service Officer is part of Operation and Depositary; he/she reports to the Head of Operation and Depositary.
Her/his main role is to provide assistance to clients – Institutions and InvestmentVehicles - handling their account's operations including account opening due diligence, instructions and transactions execution, queries, reporting, controls and periodical reviews.
Responsibilities
- Booking client instructions in the core system (cash & securities).
- Taking care of client's and funds service providers requests
- Control and monitoring of the recurrent fees for funds and insurance clients activities
- Liaising where relevant with the Depositary Oversight Team
- Interatct with external Transfer Agent, central Administration and Management Companiy operations
- Performing the different end of day controls
- Performing and or validating the KYC and AML/CFT analysis for account opening/investor on-boarding
- Participation into the projects development within the department
- Ensuring adherence to the bank's relevant procedures in order to meet requirements on compliance and risk
- Taking initiatives, generating new ideas in line with the bank's strategy in order to maintain a high level of services in changing business circumstances and constant optimising of internal workflows.
- Prior experience of at least 2 years of working within a similar function (custody /funds services, transfer agent, account management assistance, back office, transaction department, It and Oraganisation)
- Professional behaviour, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- High flexibility and ability to handle various tasks in different fields of activity.
- Team working attitude
- Good Knowledge of the asset servicing industry (Depositary and Custody, Investment Funds)
- Possess appropriate understanding of all the relevant regulations when applicable (including UCITS V, AIFMD, MIFID II, CRS, PRIIP ...)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in French and English; Italian and Spanish are an advantage
