Join Axis as a Front Office Systems Support Officer and take on a challenging role that combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing user support and functional maintenance of our systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. Your expertise will be invaluable in assisting operational staff with the implementation of new functionalities, training users on new developments, and onboarding new clients. With a strong background in finance, economics, or a related field, you will possess the skills and knowledge to excel in this role. * Providing user support and functional maintenance of our systems
* Assisting operational staff with the implementation of new functionalities
* Training users on new developments
* Onboarding new clients
* Preparing tests on different applications
Requirements:
* University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent
* At least 2 or 3 years of experience in a Front/Middle Office position
* Fluency in French and English
* Knowledge of Front Office systems and services (Swifts, FIX) is an asset
* Organizational and synthesis skills
