Rejoignez l'Aventure Sodexo Luxembourg en tant que Supply Management Coordinator (m/f/x).

En tant que pierre angulaire de notre équipe Supply Management au Siège Social à Bertrange, vous aurez pour missions de :

  • Assurer la coordination entre le service Achats, les Sites et les Fournisseurs,
  • Suivre, maintenir l'outil de ticketing interne (TSC) et assurer le suivi des actions qui en découlent (plainte fournisseur, création d'articles, ...),
  • Suivre les procédures ISO pour le service Achats,
  • Coordonner les audits fournisseurs avec le service QHSE,
  • Garantir un catalogue de qualité pour les Opérations,
  • Être le backup du Catalog Administrator,
  • Gérer la communication du service Achats vers les opérations (nouveautés, changements fournisseur, de prix, ...) à travers différents supports (Echo Achats, Flash Achats, ...),
  • Participer activement aux analyses de prix, de fournisseur, pour certaines familles d'articles.

Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) dynamique, doté(e) d'une première expérience réussie idéalement en Supply Management et d'une passion pour l'excellence.

Votre profil

  • Formation universitaire (Bachelor) en Gestion ou Economie, avec idéalement une spécialité en Supply Management,
  • Rigoureux et structuré, vous avez de solides compétences d'analyse et de négociation,
  • Excellente capacité d'adaptation et esprit d'équipe développé,
  • Expression courante en français et en anglais, la connaissance de l'allemand sera un réel atout,
  • Maîtrise de l'outil informatique (Excel, Word, Power Point...), la connaissance de SAP MM est un avantage.
