Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines, le service Rémunérations et Avantages est principalement en charge de la gestion opérationnelle de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux accordés à l'ensemble des collaborateurs.

Afin de renforcer ses équipes, la Direction RH recherche actuellement pour son service Rémunérations et Avantages un(e) Fleet Manager / Gestionnaire Flotte Automobile (m/f/n)



Vos missions
  • Prendre en charge la gestion opérationnelle des véhicules de fonction
  • Coordonner la mise à disposition des véhicules et gérer les échanges avec les sociétés de leasing
  • Recueillir, analyser et synthétiser les informations et données relatives aux véhicules de fonction et en contrôler la cohérence ainsi que la fiabilité (avantage en nature, participation financière, TVA, etc.)
  • Assurer un reporting mensuel sur plusieurs indicateurs (consommations en énergie, suivi des véhicules, contrats arrivant à échéance, etc.) et participer à la collecte des données dans le cadre du rapport CSRD
  • Être garant de la mise en application de la Car Policy en vigueur
  • Orienter les collaborateurs pendant toute la période de leur contrat de leasing et gérer les décomptes de clôture


Votre profil
  • Être titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bac à Bac+ 2 dans le domaine des transports/logistique/similaire
  • Avoir une expérience dans la gestion d'une flotte automobile d'au moins 3 ans sera considéré comme un avantage
  • Disposer d'une rigueur organisationnelle et d'un excellent esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Faire preuve de capacités relationnelles et de communication
  • Savoir travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Maitriser le français et anglais tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, le luxembourgeois et l'allemand seront considérés comme un avantage
