Vos missions :
Au sein d'AXA Wealth Europe, rattaché(e) au département Offre & Produits, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Contribuer à la conception et la mise à jour de l'offre produits d'AXA Wealth Europe pour tous les marchés de distribution.
- Superviser le process de gouvernance des produits conformément à la règlementation (notamment mise à jour et application des politiques, revue périodique des produits et calcul des différentes métriques, mise à jour des KID Produits).
- Réaliser des analyses d'impacts juridiques et opérationnels en cas de nouvelles règlementations ou innovations impactant l'offre produit.
- Coordonner et collaborer avec les différents départements internes (Opérations, Offre, Juridique, Ingénierie Patrimoniale, Compliance) pour mettre à jour et valider la documentation produit.
- Être responsable de la mise à jour des kits de souscription et des documents contractuels, avec les outils internes (Adobe) ou avec un prestataire externe en fonction des documents.
- Contribuer aux expressions de besoins reprenant les impacts des évolutions produits sur les outils opérationnels et digitaux et participer aux campagnes de tests, en lien avec les équipes Projets et IT.
- Participer au lancement des offres et à l'élaboration des communications auprès de nos partenaires externes en coopération avec le service Marketing.
- Contribuer aux réponses aux appels d'offres sur la tarification grâce à un outil de simulation tarifaire mis à disposition par l'Actuariat.
- Être force de proposition de manière générale pour simplifier et automatiser les processus existants.
Votre profil :
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bac+4/5 en Université, Ecole de Commerce ou Ingénieurs ;
- Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en Assurance Vie, Banque, Société de Gestion sur une fonction de Product Management, Ingénierie Patrimoniale & Juridique, Actuariat Produit. La connaissance de l'environnement règlementaire de l'assurance vie est un atout ;
- Vous maitrisez les outils Office (excel, word) ; des connaissances en programmation (VBA, Python) et/ou des compétences en graphisme seront des atouts.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et en mode projet avec de multiples interlocuteurs (internes et externes), vous êtes force de propositions et faites adhérer à vos idées ;
- Vous faites preuve d'un excellent esprit de synthèse : capacité à comprendre rapidement des problématiques juridiques et à vulgariser les informations données par des experts ;
- Vous êtes orienté client et avez l'exigence d'une qualité de service excellente.
- Vous faites preuve d'une grande rigueur et de persévérance pour amener les projets à leur terme.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais, toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout.
