As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for steering the content of our daily banking operations, actively participating in iteration ceremonies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and communicate product vision and strategy to the development team, stakeholders, and other members of the organization.
- Prioritize stories in the team backlog and ensure a continuous flow of work.
- Follow and report the performance of your stream, proposing improvements to Product Manager and Business Analysts.
- Elaborate stories content-wise, allowing developers to build.
- Participate in the Product Management team and in the PO/PM Community of Practice.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date.
- Prepare the go-to-market strategy for products under your responsibility.
- University degree (BAC+5).
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Banking experience with a strong sense of customer service and experience.
- Required experience: 5-10 years.
- Domain of expertise: T24, Salesforce, Omnitracker & Jira. Digitalization of customer journeys.
- Storytelling with excellent communication skills to negotiate with stakeholders and team.
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work in teams.
- Cares for customers and business users, has a good business sense but also a technical foundation.
- Rigorous and well-organized.
