Our crew of international tax experts provides advice, guidance, and implements innovative tax strategies to achieve the best outcomes and support our clients' success globally. They handle various fiscal matters such as corporate tax, international tax regulations, and withholding taxes.
Your next exciting mission
- Be part of our specialized team focusing on international sectors like funds, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate, and private equity
- Engage in acquiring new businesses and growing a client base by actively addressing their tax compliance and advisory concerns
- Optimize clients' worldwide tax positions and cash flow (utilizing suitable acquisition vehicles, tax-efficient international financing structures, profit repatriation strategies, business model enhancements, etc.)
- Assist clients with modeling based on specific constraints
- Collaborate with local or foreign colleagues on complex issues outside your expertise
- Participate in internal and external industry groups, leveraging your tax and business skills to contribute to firm and industry progress
- Foster the growth of your team through mentorship, delegation, supervision, and organizing internal technical sessions
- Demonstrate substantial professional experience in tax (2/5 years) at a Big 4 firm, law practice, consultancy, or international company
- Exercise good judgment, manage risks efficiently, and show a strong dedication to delivering top-quality work
- Showcase strong organizational abilities, flexibility, team player attitude, dynamism, and a thirst for continuous learning and development
- Be willing to fully commit and share your expertise within a young and multicultural team
- Proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of French and/or German is highly valued
