Our international tax experts advise, guide, and implement innovative tax solutions to achieve the best outcomes and help our clients succeed worldwide. They address various fiscal matters such as corporate tax, international tax regimes, and withholding taxes.
Your next challenge
- Join our specialized team focusing on international sectors (funds, M&A, real estate, private equity)
- Lead the acquisition of new businesses and grow a client portfolio by actively managing clients' tax compliance and advisory issues
- Enhance clients' global tax and cash positions through optimized strategies (utilizing acquisition vehicles, international financing structures, profit repatriation tactics, business model enhancement, etc.)
- Offer modeling support to clients based on a deep understanding of specific constraints
- Collaborate with local or international colleagues on issues beyond your expertise
- Engage in various internal and external industry working groups where your tax and business expertise will contribute to firm and industry advancement
- Nurture the skills of your dedicated team through mentoring, delegation, oversight, and organizing internal technical sessions

Your skills
- Showcase substantial professional experience in taxation (minimum 5 years) within a Big 4 firm, law firm, consultancy, or multinational corporation
- Exercise sound judgment, manage risks effectively, and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to delivering top-quality work
- Evidence strong organizational skills, flexibility, teamwork, dynamism, and a passion for learning and development
- Be willing to fully commit and share your expertise within a young and multicultural team
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in French or German is highly valued
