Your potential team

As a part of our corporate and global tax team, we have a solid Transfer Pricing group that advises clients on TP policies/documentation and TP facets of operation structuring. The team is also involved in crafting creative TP solutions, specializing in various TP concerns with a significant emphasis on financial deals.

Your upcoming challenge
  • Joining a specialized team focused on international tax affairs and Transfer Pricing in sectors like financial services, funds, corporate multinational, M&A, and alternative investments (PE/RE/HF)
  • Conducting benchmarking, preparing TP reports and APA's for Private Equity and Real Estate Funds as well as International Groups
  • Executing TP strategies for tax-efficient structures
  • Enhancing your knowledge of local TP, domestic TP rules, and transfer pricing principles
  • Establishing strong connections with clients and our extensive global network
Your qualifications
  • Holder of a degree in Economics or Tax from a university
  • Possessing initial experience in Transfer Pricing - 2-3 years in a Big 4 firm or Law firm
  • Demonstrating excellent organizational skills, adaptability, teamwork, dynamism, and a hunger for learning and growth
  • Willing to fully commit and share knowledge within a youthful and multicultural team
  • Fluency in English; French and German proficiency is a significant advantage
  • Proficient in MS-Office software
