Senior Payroll Officer (m/f)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the monthly payroll process in tandem with your manager;
- Ensure precise salary calculations and validate the accuracy of the calculations;
- Address employee queries related to payroll;
- Maintain precise employee records, monitor absences and sick leaves, handle employee registrations, and declarations to the relevant authorities;
- Support in employee benefits management and offer general HR administrative assistance.
REQUIREMENTS
If…
- You hold a BTS, DUT, or a Bachelor's Degree;
- You possess 3 to 6 years of payroll experience in Luxembourg;
- You have a solid understanding of salary computation, labor laws, social security, and payroll taxes;
- Experience with our PayEase software is a plus;
- You are meticulous, possess strong analytical skills, and are proficient with numbers;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a great team-oriented mindset;
- You work autonomously, respect deadlines, and prioritize customer service;
- You are fluent in French and English, with German/Luxembourgish proficiency being advantageous;
