Your Role
We are seeking an AML/KYC Registration Analyst, Associate 1, to join the Registration team. The role involves performing AML/KYC assessments for new shareholder accounts and static data maintenance in compliance with Luxembourg regulations, with direct investor interaction.
Your Team
The Registration Team handles account setup and static data maintenance in alignment with Luxembourg regulations, reporting to a Team Leader and Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform AML/KYC assessments and static data maintenance for new shareholder accounts in compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
- Oversee account openings and static data maintenance.
- Ensure new account openings adhere to internal policies.
- Review work practices, monitor service levels, and implement changes for departmental enhancement.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal rules, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct quality assurance and due diligence on existing clients.
- Communicate due diligence matters to investors, fund managers, and compliance officers.
- Report any suspicious behavior related to AML guidelines.
Your Profile
- Degree in Law or Compliance background.
- Previous experience in AML/KYC Registration is advantageous.
- Knowledge of fund administration, settlement, and payments is a plus.
- Experience in quality check and project management.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office suite).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong client focus and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of European Languages is a plus.
