Your Responsibilities:
- Co-responsible for a client portfolio
- Listen to clients to guide them towards a Housing Advisor or Relationship Manager based on their needs
- Document all client information (ongoing projects, etc.) in the CRM
- Continuously develop skills in different product ranges across four universes: Daily, Consumer Finance, Insurance & Tax Products, Start to Invest
- Stay updated on financial market developments and the economy to enhance service quality for clients
- Contribute to effective collaboration and organization within the team to ensure efficient customer support
Your Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in French and English required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Understanding of resident and cross-border taxation (BE, FR, and DE); solid commercial skills and good local market knowledge
- Knowledge of banking procedures and compliance and risk obligations (KYC, KYT, AML), and staying updated on regulatory changes
- MS Office proficiency
- Potential for growth, interpersonal skills, team spirit
- Organized with initiative and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Effective performance in a constantly evolving environment
